    Often a long line and they put mobile orders behind the counter, making you wait for often a while. Food is sometimes pretty packed, but there's been a few times where my bowl is half empty. I think it's fine for a cheaper lunch.

    Absolutely shameful. They were incredibly rude inside of the restaurant and proceeded to give me the wrong order dispite the top clearly saying the right order. This is by far the worst experience i’ve ever had at a restaurant. I wish i could give them -5 stars. Couldn’t even return a phone call so i could speak my mind. Shameful.

    The food was fine, but the service was terrible. The lady at the protein section didn’t put the food as I asked, even though I repeated it twice. I only realized it when I got home, so I had to go back and have it changed. They asked me a bunch of questions and finally told me to throw the old one away and make a new one. She was literally staring at me in a strange way when I received my food. This was also the same lady who once refused to serve my friend just because my friend’s English wasn’t very good.
