    Ordered pickup last night around 9:45 after a LONG day. Ordered a steak bowl with a side of chips. They were out chips and informed me they can’t give me a refund and i have to do it online. Came home to find out they didn’t give me steak either! Tried getting a refund it online and all i was offered was a free drink. This is also the second time this has happened to me this month (first time happened at middleton location) Officially done with chipotle. Qdoba would never.

    The portion is smaller and smaller. Also they increased the price recently. What’s even worse, they don’t treat customers fairly- the person before me got no additional charge for extra, but they charge me for extra!

    The portions are very small. They gave me half a spoon of chicken, and I asked them to add a little more. She only added four pieces and then charged me for extra chicken.
