The way he spoke to staff was unacceptable and reflects poor leadership and inadequate management training. While I’m glad to see Caribou back in Madison, behavior like this damages the brand. If they begin losing their kind, amazing staff, it will be a direct result of this leadership. Corporate should take customer concerns like this seriously.
