There was one guy whose pants were sagged down who kept giving us a “one minute” finger while never coming to us at all. Eventually we just interrupted and asked how long it would be for a table for 2, he said 20 minutes. Completely unprofessional and horrible atmosphere. If someone had just told us from the beginning it would be a 20 minute wait I would’ve been okay with that. Just such a weird vibe and weird atmosphere. They’re clearly understaffed and lacking training for the employees that they do have.

At 10:30 we were told our order was still not ready. apparently it was but they could not find it. the person had the audacity to say i had no right to be mad because it was my fault for not clearly telling him my name. one of most mismanaged placed i have been to.
