  We had came in as a party of 3 and were sat and then completely forgotten. Waited for an half an hour making eye contact with the staff and they did nothing. They were overstaffed and still could not get to any tables in our section. Will not be going again. I really wanted some wings:(

  Place was not clean!!! I’m scared to think of what the kitchen looked like. Did not notice how dumpy it was until heading to the bathroom. Filth all over and on the doors…Food was ok. Asked for some things to be removed from the burger but it didn’t happen. Not all BWW are the same ya all. Our server was sweet but that’s about all.

  The last two times I’ve gotten carry out from this location have been terrible. Both times, the food took a full 30 minutes longer than the pick up time, and it almost seems like they don’t start cooking anyone’s food until they arrive to pick it up. Nobody works at the to go counter, and they removed the bell you could ring to get help. Now, you have to go find someone to help you, because the only time anyone comes out is when they have food to give someone, and they try to run away without acknowledging anyone else. So many angry delivery drivers waiting, watched one guy just leave without his food because he was so fed up, and the employee that did show up got order names and then never returned to give any updates about our food. The food is decent, if you get it, but there will ALWAYS be at least one mistake or missing item. Absolute disaster.

  I found a long red hair embedded in my sandwich. And I see the person working in kitchen with red hair. This is not just disgusting; it is a serious health and sanitation issue. I asked for the manager to come inspect the food. A man came over, and I am still not sure if he was the manager. He said nothing, walked away, and returned with another chicken sandwich, still without saying a single word. I told him I did not want a replacement and that I would not be paying for the order. He simply said “OK” and walked away again without any explanation or apology. This was not just poor service. It demonstrates a complete disregard for basic hygiene and customer safety. Finding hair in food indicates unacceptable food handling practices. I seriously question whether this restaurant meets health standards. Situations like this should not happen and warrant inspection.

  I am beyond frustrated with our experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. We waited over an hour for our food, and when it finally came out, it was basically thrown in front of us with zero care. To make things worse, my friend found TWO hairs in her food. That is completely unacceptable and disgusting. Instead of offering a sincere apology or taking responsibility, they casually brought out another sandwich 20 minutes later like it was no big deal.
