Wrost service I've had in a long time, took almost an hour to get our food, the waiter never came back to check on us, we had to go find him to get more drinks, and had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for the check and to get a to go box, we will not be returning to this location.

Had my order placed to pick up at 6 and I arrived on time, after waiting and a crew member that wasn’t even on duty told me it would be a few more minutes. Someone asked if i had been helped (which was cool, but would’ve been helpful later) and I went to wait in my car. I waited and came back in and told by a different employee (after ringing the bell twice) who asked me my name and told me my food was just waiting to be seasoned. I proceeded to wait longer. Another to go order was given to a different customer and an employee with long blonde hair gave me a dirty look when I stood up to ask again about my order and practically gave herself whiplash turning away from me. There should be someone manning the order pick up desk instead of a doorbell that doesn’t seem to work. I finally got my food, haphazardly thrown into a bag and handed to me by a young man who looked ready to roll his eyes right out of his head. If someone orders something to be ready for a certain time, they should learn to manage their time in order to have said order ready. Last time I’ll order from here. I’m sure I won’t be missed, but I won’t miss you either.

Unfortunately, this wasn’t a great Buffalo Wild Wings experience. The restaurant was clearly understaffed — there was no host when we arrived, and our poor server seemed to be handling around ten tables while also having to get his own drinks from the bar. Our food was disappointing as well. Several items were missing, the mozzarella sticks tasted stale and hollow (like they might have been expired), and the wrap we ordered was so salty it was basically inedible. On top of that, the bathroom was dirty, which added to the overall poor impression. It really felt like the restaurant was overwhelmed and the quality and cleanliness both suffered because of it.

The teen looking workers didn't even know what to do and didn't give good service, they took so long to give us our order, the food was cold and was kind of a ripoff. The bathrooms were horrible and disgusting. You guys should work on hiring responsible workers because this ruined my whole day.

I’m always hesitant to go to this location as I already know and anticipate slow and mediocre service. But figured I’d give a try tonight (10/24), boy was I mistaken. An 1.5-2hr wait for wings is ridiculous. I’m glad I got an appetizer but you know you’ve been sitting long enough when your hunger returns. I knew service was going to be slow but I expect any restaurant to atleast acknowledge its costumer and provide an update on the food. No “hey your food will be out in a sec, sorry we mixed up your order, apologies we are backed up tonight”. Honestly I should have left at the hour mark but having nothing to do this Friday night I figure I’d give them a courtesy. After seeing tables being served that arrived after me, I left. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED that management did not take initiative to fix the long wait times.
