  Those hour long waits at Buffalo Wild Wings are so common now. If this is a franchised location I would assume corporate would try to kick them out. Does anyone els notice how much the " owner " cares. Each comment on these reviews is " sorry to hear that, please fill out this form " I think the owner or lead ship team should spend less time copy pasting responses, showing they DONT care. And more time trying to show change, they've had a few years of pretty consistent 1 star reviews. Ownerships answer seems to be to copy paste the same response for each poor review. Let me challenge you, on this post, please respond with a heart felt response and not the same copy paste as normal.

  Wings were cold. After having a couple bites I noticed a very large, very visible hair in my wings. Was given a $10 discount on a $25 dollar wing basket after telling the waiter i would not be eating that half/flavor of the wings. Took about 30min after eating to get our bill and then another 30min to have our cards ran. Lots of employees just hanging around not doing anything. Pretty awful place. I would rather eat at a gas station.

  just left the restaurant and i was displeased with the service and the food. we waited over 15-20 mins to get sat down, the first plate of 10 wings i had gotten were all very dry, shriveled and tiny pieces of boneless chicken. i mentioned this to the waiter and they brought out more wings with the WRONG SAUCE. i asked for the same sauce as the first plate. i also ordered a side salad witch they didn’t add the extras i requested NOR did they even give me a fork to eat the salad with until i asked. Person who had come with me had said their Bone-In wings were extremely dry and old tasting.

  Absolutely disgusting place and atmosphere. Floors very dirty and entire place doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in months. Bathroom trash over flowing onto the floor, paper towel dispenser hanging off wall and looks like people are just pulling it out. This place was absolutely dead, hardly any customers, yet our orders were messed up - no bacon on a triple bacon burger, very burnt bacon when it actually came, old hard fries, didn’t get the correct dipping sauces we asked for, etc. needless to say our group didn’t eat much of our food at all. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. We will never be back. Very nasty place. I can only imagine what it looks like were we can’t see (kitchen, etc) since it is so disgusting where we can actually see.

  Honestly, this has been the worst experience on multiple occasions. First time was on a Monday around noon, for dine-in. Not busy. Stood and waited for 20 min to be seated, and then they just said sit wherever. Took over 20 minutes just for water, Food took over an hour and a half after ordering. Never got refills. And then finally got up to find someone so we could pay and leave. Now I submitted an online order at 4pm to be picked up by 7:30. Email confirmed it as well, and now I’m standing here waiting over 40 min and trying to get any help is absolutely pointless. “4 more minutes” 20 minutes later. Literally never coming back and I’d suggest not doing it either.
