  They never have donuts, more specifically, munchkins. I understand Dunkin has broadened to do more than donuts but in all the times I've gone to this location (at least 10 in the last 4 months) I've gotten the donuts I've wanted only the first couple of times. It appears they have shifted to baking the donuts at a central location? Something isn't working and until something changes I'm not going to waste my time wishing and hoping they might have the donut or non-blueberry munchkin I want in stock.

  First of all, I'm a type 1 diabetic. So, I told them that it had to have no liquid sugar in the frozen drink I love like they do for me at the Sun Prairie location. She assurred me that it didn't have real sugar. I ended up in a diabetic coma. I went a second time (way later on in time) to ask for the same thing. I mentioned my last experience and they also reassurred me it was safe. After a few drinks, my sugar starts climbing, I had to I intervene with insulin and dispose of the drink I paid for. BUT- one day, the other day, I was in the area again, craving my favorite drink from my favorie place, and thought that maybe if I go inside this time and tell them what happened, asked to please make sure there is no sugar. Dan and Jaret were extremely friendly, apologetic and even made it right by giving this one (made PERFECTLY and TASTED AMAZING) for free considering what occurred before. Shout out to Jaret and Ben for being so accommodating, professional and compassionate. Thank you again! Truly, 5 stars to those men. (Monona, WI location)

  I always have a positive experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts, and a big reason is the supervisor who truly goes above and beyond. No matter how busy it gets — especially during those high‑traffic morning rushes — they keep everything running smoothly with a calm, professional attitude. They’re attentive, efficient, and always make sure customers feel taken care of. It’s rare to see someone manage a team and a packed lobby with that level of grace and consistency. If you want fast service, great coffee, and a staff that genuinely works hard, this location delivers every time.
