    We really appreciate the customer service at our local Dunkin. We are there quite a bit for coffee and donuts. Brooke rang our order up and was extremely friendly. She frequently takes our order on the weekends and always does a great job! Laura, Martell, Tianna, Jared, and Tracy were all a part of a local event today at this location. They all had great attitudes, were wonderful with my kids, and made the event really fun!

    They didn’t give us our third drink, and after asking them about it they said we were only charged for two even when we were definitely charged for three :/

    I want to give a shout out to Martel at this Dunkin. He consistently provides excellent customer service and stands out compared to most drive-through experiences. He’s friendly, efficient, and does a great job managing both the ordering and window service smoothly. His voice is always clear over the speaker, which makes ordering easy, and he always has a positive, welcoming attitude in the morning. What really stands out is his attention to detail. He remembers straws and napkins, asks if I want a receipt, and even takes care to package food properly. My donut is always face up in the bag instead of smashed frosting-down like happens so often. He’s personable, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. Employees like Martel make the whole experience better and keep customers coming back.

    I had a very frustrating experience at this Dunkin’ location on March 8th around 3:00 PM. I walked in to buy donuts and coffee and saw about 6–7 employees working. I stood at the counter waiting to order, and there were no other customers inside the store. Despite being clearly visible at the counter, no one acknowledged me for several minutes. After waiting about 5 minutes, I asked if someone could help me. One employee said they were busy with the drive-through and told me to use the kiosk. However, the kiosk machine was broken, so that wasn’t even an option. What made the situation more frustrating was that I could clearly see the drive-through from inside. There were barely any cars, and some cars that arrived after I had already been waiting were served before anyone helped me at the counter. At times there were no cars at all, yet the employees continued focusing only on drive-through orders. I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes just to get a donut and a coffee. At one point an employee finally came to the counter and asked what I wanted, but when I said I wanted to speak with a manager, he simply stared at me and walked away. Another employee repeated that they were busy with drive-through, even though there were only one or two cars at most. Standing at the counter for half an hour while multiple employees ignore you is unacceptable customer service. It felt like walk-in customers simply don’t matter at this location. Very disappointing experience.
