  The rice was WAY undercooked. It was crunchy. And the queso was so thick and un edible. It was just bad all around. I’ve never experienced this with any other chipotle.

  They declined my request for a large cheese quesadilla at the counter, stating that it is available for online orders only. They also mentioned that it was busy, although I was the only customer waiting to place an order. As a customer, I believe there should be better flexibility in serving in-person requests. I hope management reviews this policy and considers making improvements to better accommodate customers.

  Stopped at this location yesterday evening to grab a burrito before our movie. First they didn’t have steak, so asked for the El Pastor Chicken which they were also out of. Was told it would be atleast a 30 mins wait for both. Didn’t see anyone in the back even prepping food or making more meat. Went with chicken because aside from sofritas, that was the only option. They then proceeded to give very skimpy toppings and when I asked for additional, I was thrown attitude. The inconsistent small portions is crazy for $30+ for burrotis. This is the second time I have had this experience with THIS location. I am usually not on the east side of Madison so for this to be the only Chipotle location over there and to have this experience BOTH times I have gone to this location, SUCKKS! I’ll stay away as their team clearly doesn’t have a good grip on inventory management.

  Ordered pickup last night around 9:45 after a LONG day. Ordered a steak bowl with a side of chips. They were out chips and informed me they can’t give me a refund and i have to do it online. Came home to find out they didn’t give me steak either! Tried getting a refund it online and all i was offered was a free drink. This is also the second time this has happened to me this month (first time happened at middleton location) Officially done with chipotle. Qdoba would never.
