  It was a ridiculous experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. It took 53 minutes to get our food, and the restaurant wasn’t even busy. The manager did come over to talk to us, but instead of resolving anything, we were given a lot of excuses. To make matters worse, we never received silverware with our meal. When we asked for it, they brought back dirty utensils—two of the knives were literally stuck together. The bathrooms were also not clean, which just added to how gross everything felt. Very gross and frustrating visit. I would recommend going somewhere else.

  Rolled the dice and took a delivery offer from here, and yeah. It’s as bad as everyone says. One guy working the bar and far as I could tell, not another employee to be found. Guy didn’t even acknowledge me. Avoid.

  30 minutes into our wait someone went back to check on our order and never came back. There were 2 mistakes on our order, but since we had already waited 45 minutes and the mistakes didn't result in a net loss of food, we accepted what we were served without complaining. Good place for people who aren't picky eaters.

  Worst place ever!!! Food was gross the bathrooms were so bad I'm surprised the health department hasn't shut them down! A 1 year old running around in just a dipper trying to get attention from anyone! Food had hair in it! Some food was burnt and some wasn't even warm! The soda machine didn't work then charged us for 6 drinks vs 2 like its our fault! Go to the one in monona or fitchburg if you want good food and good service and a clean bathroom!

  Party of two dining for affordable, casual lunch but it was in celebration of our anniversary. We went around a late lunch time. We were told 15 minute wait that we agreed to and told it may be less than that but the hostess wanted to help the servers “catch up” — we were seated with menus but nobody came for a long time and then the bartender noticed us and asked if we were ever helped. They took our order and brought our drinks. Checked on us once during the meal which we appreciated but it felt like we were neglected the whole meal. I never got a refill on the soda I ordered and did not receive the fork and water that I asked for from a random passerby since we didn’t see the bartender as he was busy tending the bar. I never received those items from the random passerby either even though they nodded like they would help and understood where we were sitting. We found our own plastic fork from the take-out stand after no sign of one coming and no forks accessible at the tables. We went up to the hostess stand ourselves to request a to-go box and check. The volume of the TV was so loud we could barely hear each other shouting across the table. There was a basketball game on but the volume was on a tv only playing ads. it was very odd and made it hard to enjoy each other’s company since we could hardly hear anything but ads. The food we ordered was great and thank you to the bartender for helping as best as he could… But we did feel very overstimulated and neglected today.
