    Ordered a breakfast burrito meal and side of hotcakes. Only received one burrito, no sauces to be seen. My hotcakes seemed fine till I realized I wasn’t given butter or syrup, dry pancakes for me I guess. Managers needs to be retrained or replaced. Edit to add: the one burrito I did get was very cold and the cheese was hardened and stuck to the wrapper to the point it could not be removed and much of the paper stuck to my burrito.

    This place seriously needs to get their act together. I’ve come to this McDonald’s my whole life, but with in the last month or so they constantly screw up the order usually by not giving us something we ordered. Or in one instance I got a 10 piece chicken nugget with only 5 nuggets. I keep coming because of the convenience of where it’s located. Also when I go in to receive items that were missed on numerous occasions I witnessed a manager scolding team members. This place is having issues.

    If you want fast service, go to the kwik trip next door. Time and time again it takes up to 10 min from ordering to even get to the first window.
