  In my most recent experience with this business I was told I would have to “wait a few moments for my food” while waiting my stomach starts to growl and I wonder what’s going on?   Two things, i just left there and they are not serving any ice cream products because they are cleaning the machines. Why would you do that during one of your busiest times of the day. Secondly, i suggested that they clean the machines late at night since they are open 24 hours. Wrong... they are only open 24 hours on Friday and Saturday unlike what they use to be and noted on Google. Get your act together!

  Went through drive thru. Ordered a double cheeseburger w/extra onions. What i got looked like it was stomped on. Disgusting.

  I come to this McDonalds everyday. I get a lattè at least twice a day. EVERYTIME I go after 9:00pm I am told by the same people the Machine is cleaning. It takes not one min. More than 20 minutes to clean. Once again I went at 10:30 and told the machine was cleaning. So I said, then I can come back and get a Lattè in a little while. The poor child did not know what to say so he had to go get the big bad AMBER to tell me it takes one hour and then they they will not be selling anymore of the SPECIAL drinks the rest of the night. They are rude and liars! To the night shift. The morning and early afternoon staff are great!
