Ordered a Regular Ultimate Porker for lunch. It was far from being Ultimate. For 16 plus dollars delivered you would expect it to have a good amount of meat on it. Not 3 slices. This has happened other times in the past. I am done ordering from Jimmy Johns

came to pick up my order they forgot the $2.50 cookie as usual so i grabbed a cookie and told them then went to fill my drink the manager didn't like that and made a young handicapped boy come over in check my bag as if i was stealing a cookie yall owe me several cookies already i should come in there and steal all the cookies I was highly offend and it was very unprofessional.L

Would recommend staying away from this location. Brett the manager is extremely unprofessional. Corporate has been contacted.

You guys should at least pretend to be friendly. Spectacles gal took our order and literally stared out the window off into outerspace. No response to my tip or my thank you. I Felt very unwelcome. Do better or get a new job if you don't like it. At least fake a smile to the customer... 2 stars
