  Drive thru orders are taken by an annoying AI. Prices went up and humanity went down. As a result the atmosphere here is Depressing and gross. I won't be returning to this location

  This is the worst taco bell in the nearby area. The food tastes disgusting. We had taco bell at the richmond one last week, got the exact same items and the taste was COMPLETELY different, richmonds is actually edible and tasted how it should. The food at lake geneva tastes fake and half the time they mess up your order. Highly suggest you drive the extra 10 minutes and go to Richmond if you want edible food.

  Asked for a steak quesadilla and potato’s. My steak quesadilla had no cheese or sauce.my potatoes also were not in the bag and when I called I was just told I talked to the general manager for next time for a free meal and they would make it for me. Don’t want it remade, I was passing thru the town and needed my night dinner. Very disappointed
