  The employees are extremely rude and the service is slow and unacceptable. They charge extra for caramel drizzle and don’t put it in the cup. They need to close down or hire new staff and management. The morning employees are the worst. Hopefully someone calls the BBB and get them shut down

  Junk. I ordered inside with no other dine-in orders ahead of mine and waited 20 minutes for my food despite being able to see 8 staff members working in back. It was 7pm on a Saturday with no significant drive-thru traffic. The employees looked stressed. They didn’t seem to be messing around in back or anything but whatever processes McDonald’s has spent half a century developing obviously weren’t being followed. Next time I am in a hurry I will catch a fish from the lake, clean it, build a campfire, cook it, and be on my way.

  I feel that having to work that ordering system indicates that my purchase is of no value to McDonald's. There really is no service provided other than cooking my foid.

  Went for some “FAST” food and they definetly forgot the fast part. I ordered my food a week ago and I’m still sitting here in the same chair waiting. Nobody has acknowledged that I am here. I haven’t showered in a week because I still want my food. Service is horrible I’ve heard them treat people very badly over this week I’ve been here. very upset I attempted to complain but it’s hard to when there’s nobody at the counter EVER. Make your way over to Culver’s instead they taste better anyway.😭✌️🥀
