    The staff here doesn’t care at all, absolutely garbage, can’t even remember sauce when you ask at the window as well they still don’t give you any, the tacos look like they have been used to slap someone with, 1/10 drive 5 min to Richmond, lake Geneva crew is just there to punch a clock, the young heavy set guy runs to the bathroom when you walk in to get the things he forgot cuz he does it on purpose, why pay these people?

    They're pushing zero customer service. I approach the drive through and hear an AI voice. I dont respond. The voice asked again, I dont respond. A third time, I tell it "I will not talk to a robot". It asked a fourth. I drive away. This isn't the first time I've experienced this at this taco bell. Needless to say I will never be able to order from here again.

    Some dude in a grey hoodie and sweatpants just took everyone’s order while being on his cellphone and then after went away walking around on the phone and sat down with his friends while letting me wait over 15 mins just to take my order I had to go to the drive thru because nobody was taking my order I don’t like ordering on the self checkouts
