I only preorder because I like to know my food is going to be ready by the time I go out and get it. The amount of food in the bowl always changes. They're usually out of steak and/or queso. I've gotten leftover bell peppers in my order, I don't even eat bell pepers in my bowl. It's not always the cleanest inside. I've been given other people orders and have had to wait in line, when I preordered, because they gave my food out to someone else. Upside the staff is usually nice but that doesn't make up for everything else.
