  I am older and do not do well with tech, after attempting to order online, I could not get the mushrooms left off the supreme pizza and get 2 of them instead of 1 ,so I decided to call instead, the owner would not let me have the special price when I tried to call in to order, spent a half hour trying to order and then in the cart it would still not allow me to change from 1 pizza to 2, so I wrote under special instructions" no mushrooms and 2 pizzas" he then called me and said it only ordered 1 and I would need to go online AGAIN to order the 2nd one separately, the owner STILL would not let me change from 1 to 2 on the phone, said if he knew employees let me order on the phone for the special price he would write them up! My aunt is diabetic and I really did not need to spend all of this extra time!! This is elder discrimination to the maximum!!! I was so frustrated I canceled my order!

  The parmesan cheese was expired. We ordered water and received Great Value water bottles and were charged $3 per bottle. The pizza was neither good nor bad; very average. I have lots of nostalgia from Pizza Hut growing up, but this was a huge disappointment.

  Really disappointed in the manner they are handling the pandemic. Unprofessional and unorganized in my opinion.
