  Food and service was really warm and cozy!!! Everything we ordered was fresh, well seasoned and perfectly portioned. Their chili is actually so good, the meatballs were really good (honestly my only complaint about the whole meal was it would be nice to have a little bread with them, since there were two of us) and the Japanese chicken sandwich was huge! Our server RJ was awesome, one of the coolest, down to earth people we’ve met in the service industry. He showed us that they do live shows so hopefully we’ll book one there! It’s always great to meet other artists in the local community. He said he hasn’t been bartending for that long but really he did a great job! We’ll definitely be back!

  We rented one of the barrels. Waitress basically treated us like kids telling us we had to be out by 6:45 so she could clean for the next people. She could of done it in a nicer way. Our sodas were flat (the people next to us complained also) she acted like she didnt believe us. She brought us 2 more and they were from the same barrel but a different nozzle so she said it was better....no they werent. I ordered coffee first thing, she didnt bring it so we asked again. She brought the coffee and brought vanilla creamer. I had to wait until she came back to ask for regular creamer as I dont like flavors. She said she didnt think they had any. So as I sat there wishing I could drink my hot coffee nothing came. Finally she brought some regular creamer and told me thats all they have. Well by the time she brought that and I added 2 of them to my coffee my coffee was cold!! My granddaughter ordered the chili with sourcream. When she went to put it on she realized it was actually ranch dressing so that was gross. The french fries were all cold. We were rushed, the food was bad and not even up to temperature it should be. We were expecting a nice family outing but we left with a feeling of being rushed and paying alot of money for food that was cold or forgotten about. Definitely not worth the money. We will never recommend or go back ***called and left a message to have management call me. No call back so that tells me even more they dont care*** seems like they only respond to positive reviews on here also

  we enjoyed our meals. The service is attentive the atmosphere of us decent, but the food is overpriced for sure. Since when are burger condiments an upcharge? it’s not just them doing that these days but seriously it’s ridiculous.

  Ambashia was our waitress in the frosted barrel experience last Friday night. I thought it would be be good “American bar food” and boy was I wrong! My grilled chicken was slightly undercooked and so I thought ok I can just eat the fries but even those weren’t great. My husband had the fried fish dinner and fries and he took two bites and had enough of that. On a good note the cheese curds and margaritas were ok!! Our waitress was so warm and welcoming right from the start and made the night great- She was an excellent waitress and so personable. Thank you Ambarsia

  A cute place with indoor and out door seating. However, the overall experience was disappointing. It took an hour just to get our food and when delivered it was cold. A cold meatball sandwich is less than desirable. The pickle appetizer was probably the highlight because they forgot it. We mentioned it and I told them that we no longer wanted it because we had already gotten our food. We were just ready for the experience to be over. The waitress said she would take it off our bill. The man that had delivered our meal then brought out the appetizer when we were almost done eating. It was still included on our bill, but it was tasty and piping hot. There were 7 of us so we had a significant bill with drinks and food. It was a pricey bummer. I will say our server hustled and was very nice. They do have a good selection of food items and adult beverages. I'm coming back to Lake Geneva with friends this summer. Would I give this place another try, sad to probably not.
