The sandwich had maybe 1 slice of meat on it and a sprinkle of lettuce. Sadly disappointed by the quality. Everyone always has great things to say but I must have hit it on the wrong day. I had a roast beef my daughter had a turkey with pickles she found maybe 1 pickel on her sandwich and then I had to run back because they forgot her chips. Hopefully it was just an off day but I was extremely disappointed in my sandwich today

This was my first time at this location and I decided on a toasted chicken, bacon and ranch sandwich with a brownie and a large diet soda, my sandwich was absolutely delicious!! This is definitely going to be my new favorite Sub, so I hope they keep it on the menu❤️. It was kind of crowded but the staff is really good at taking care of the customers fast. One thing that I really appreciate is, they gave me my cup, so I could fill up my soda, while I was waiting for my sandwich also it's really good that they have free refills 🥤 I was able to fill my soda up once, while I was waiting for my food and I just ordered it to go but the staff was very attentive and friendly!! The restaurant was very clean. It's nice that they have public bathrooms because that can be a hard thing to find in Lake Geneva sometimes and the only downside is, you do have to pay for parking but that's just because of where you are also that's like that for every place around there and I just got my food to go because, my friend had somewhere to be but they did make a great impression on me. If I'm ever down this way again, I'll definitely stop by👍

Subject: Unprofessional and Disrespectful Service – Order Canceled by Manager
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment with the service I received at one of your Jimmy John’s locations.
My wife and I entered the store to place an order for 10 Turkey Tom sandwiches, while the rest of our family waited in the car. After placing our order, we sat down and watched multiple customers come and go with their food. Despite the store being nearly empty, our order was still not ready after 30 minutes.
When I asked the manager why there was such a long delay, I was told we’d have to wait another hour. I questioned this, given that there were no other customers in line, and explained that we were willing to wait it out. Instead of resolving the issue, the manager abruptly canceled our order without our consent.
To make matters worse, as we were leaving, employees behind the counter sarcastically shouted “Bye-bye!”, adding insult to an already unprofessional situation. The entire experience felt dismissive, disrespectful, and completely contrary to what I expect from a national food chain.
We will not be returning to this location—or any Jimmy John’s location in the future—after such an unacceptable experience. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and that the behavior of the manager and staff is properly addressed.

I go there a lot. They have good quality sandwiches. The only reason why I give them 2 stars is because of their delivery speed. Their big gimmick is "freaky fasy", including delivery. Well, when you live two minutes away and it takes 45 minutes to receive your food...well, that's ridiculous.
Jimmy Johns LG, do yourself a favor and hire some new drivers.
