Honestly I know its just this location because my dunkin is amazing but im so turned off by my whole experience its gonna take me alot to ever go back , I ordered thru the app, go to pick it up in the drive thru . Get stuck in the drive thru for 20 mins I can not get out . Get to the speaker tell them my name , oh ok we got you wait another 20 mins from speaker to window. Get to window and am told to pull to a spot so they can just now start my order . Absolutely terrible ! No "fast food" breakfast place is worth sitting currently 48 mins and counting . Ridiculous! Get it together.

Can't get the muchkins you want thru the drive thru, only inside To then pull up and wait 5 minutes anyways for your items the munchkins could've been picked out in the whole time the cashier is staring at me staring at her she could've gotten the muchkins Instead of having a good experience I'm left with people staring at me standing around doing absolutely nothing while you tell paying customers you can't have what you want thru the drive the 😂

Do you want a negative attitude when you order your coffee, or just a totally wrong coffee when you order it anyways and then you have them remake it and then make it even worse? hands down the worst place to get a coffee from was decent think it changed owners and went to total crap.

Never will waste money there again and by the look of all of the other bad reviews on here the management dont care to fix any problems so starbucks it is.
