  6:00 3/18 I Ordered four pizzas online, none were made as ordered, delivered after 1.5 hours, one hour past delivery estimate, delivered by door dash, called and complained for them to remake, I had to do the pickup, arrived when they told me and had to whate for another 1.5 hours in store, after over 3 hours from my original order the remade pizzas 2 were burnt and were not made as ordered. Pizza Hut management agreed to refund. It's been two weeks. Filled a claim with customer service the day after. Pizza Hut has not had any follow through or communication.

  The girl who served me was incredibly rude. I don't understand how people like that can work in customer service. That's one less customer—if I'm spending my money, the very least I expect is to be treated with dignity. The Super-Arrogant Woman!! I went on April 24, 2026, at 9:40 PM.

  I placed an order for a group of 25 over the phone. The person who took my order was clearly offended by “no bacon” and repeated it with a terrible attitude few times. It seemed like they didn’t want to work. They made comments like, “It will take me more than an hour to get it ready,” and “No time frame.” Even though I was the only customer when I got there , they didn’t seem to care. After a lot of patience, they finally left my order in the front counter. There were 12 pizzas and 10 orders of wings, but there was no one to talk to, no plates, and no plastic bags to carry my food. No service.

  Ordered pizza for carry out. Went through the pick up window got told it would be about 2mins and to park in front of the front door and they will bring it out. So I did as they said 2mins passed still waited for them to bring out. Eventually it was about 20mins waiting I went in and asked if they had forgotten about she just turned around said for Eric I said yes didn’t even acknowledge that she forgotten or anything just handed me my pizza
