  Family of 4. Went in paid. Ordered a pizza we never got it. 20 minutes later I walked up to our original greeter only to find out that they give you a buzzer when order is ready, I never knew that, because we weren't told or given that that knowledge by our cashier "greeter" ... so, not a happy experience since I was waiting for nothing. Purposefully not eating cause I was waiting for that specific Pizza. No buzzer, nothing, only the lack of employee's "interest" in customer service and product knowledge which is reflective of his training. We WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!! To this one anyway. Your Duty is to provide sufficient information and interest in your job enough to care about customer satisfaction.

  It was terrible service .The owner was there his attitude to workers was so rude and arrogant and also food was very bad.

  Food is ok, chicken is better then the pizza. Pizza has never been good at any of these places the sauce just isn't good. The desert pizza is excellent though! Basically come for the fried chicken and desert pizza, and salad. The rest is blah at best. Wish the pizza tasted better because I LOVE PIZZA! Just not from this place...

  Paid for my sister, myself, and my daughter. I took one small bite of my food and couldn’t stomach it and started to feel sick and didn’t continue to eat after that small bite I took. Everyone else was able to eat just fine but not me. When we were ready to leave, I spoke to a staff member about possibly getting a refund just for myself because I didn’t eat, but because they didn’t know how long we were there, they weren’t able to tell if I actually ate or not and refused to give me a refund and then I got really sick after leaving. I understand that they’ve probably had people ask for refunds in the past for the ones that actually did eat and pretended that they didn’t so I can understand from that point of view as well. I also wanna add that nothing was fresh on that buffet the entire time we were there. Everything was old and not changed. The outside of the building smelled like a really bad sewage leak as well. I did end up getting very sick after leaving and this could’ve entire situation could’ve been handled so much better, but that staff and manager on duty didn’t care and were very snooty and rude to me. I will not be returning to this place ever again. First I don’t get my refund and then I get really sick after that first bite…….So what does that really say about his place? It says “We don’t care if you ate or not you’re not getting your money back because we don’t believe you even though we have cameras and didn’t want to check them and we also don’t care if you got sick” This use to be a really good place to get food and I absolutely always enjoyed coming here, but over that past couple years, it seems everything has gone downhill so much…….. I mean for crying out loud all I was asking for was my $16.85 buffet fee back. I wasn’t asking for a full refund including the drinks. I was just asking for my buffet fee because I didn’t eat all but one small bite and got sick off of it.
