  I ordered 2 fish sandwiches for $7. In the bottom right corner of the add it said pair with fries and a soft drink. So, I asked what that would cost. The lady didn’t know, so she asked her manager. Her manager said that if I got a soft drink and fries it would invalidate the 2 fish sandwiches for $7. Why then did they put in the corner of the add to pair it with fries and a soft drink if it invalidates the special. That is INSANE!!!

  Fries where cold, fish was small and only half of a piece of cheese. March 28 around 6 pm. Cashier counter n beverage counter very dirty. Work area for workers to receive food and make drinks had paper bags and empty beverage glasses on floor, being walked on and kicked around. Your Cashier asked for help with changing paper for receipt, was told they where busy. While waiting for food in dinning room could hear manager talking to staff about how a coworker really needed to talk to her because he was. Going through something and it's against the rules but she did it anyway. I was not impressed and expected service that I am used to in a McDonalds. If I use this Ladysmith location it will only be for drive up so I do not have to experience the inside environment. Also a drive up customer ordered a green shake the staff making it noticed the consistency was more liquid than usual and asked the manager to look at it, she was told to just finish the order and take it out, did not even bother to look at the quality.

  Ordered through door dash, I ordered 2 ten piece nuggets with 4 sweet and sours. Only received 1 ten piece and no sauces. This isn’t the first time I have had my order messed up from this location. Absolutely unacceptable and extremely disappointing. As a general manager myself I would be trying my best to make it right with the customer. I didn’t even get to eat any of my food because it didn’t come. I don’t think we will be returning.

  I went through the drive through 3-20-26 during the evening shift and had nothing but rude people servicing me. I asked if I could get a sauce and was willing to pay for it and she got snippy with me and then got to the second window and shoved the bag into my window and said “the sauces are in there” very rudely, then rolled her eyes and walked away. The fries were also soggy and not fresh. I hope they get talked to! This was not okay!

  The bathrooms need to be cleaned more often. Plus they need paper towels instead of just a hand dryer.
