  If I could give it a 0 I would. Bc tell me why they close at 3am, I order online at 8pm, my order is ready at 8:22pm, I get there at 8:30, closed. I can't get in. Mind you, my friends also just went and picked up an order less than 10 minutes ago. Wdym I spent $13 for food and I can't get it. But, fortunately, the drive through was still open. I had to call my friend (bless him for his help) to drive over so we could go through the drive through. By the time her gets there, it's 8:40pm. The employee that helped us was most definitely high. I digress. We finally get our food around 8:50pm. And, understandably, the food was cold. However, if they did not close their doors 7 hours before they actually closed, I could have enjoyed my soft tacos and nacho fries.

  Should have checked reviews. About 15 minutes in the lobby to get served, and the guys asks me "you still waiting?". Watched three cars in the drive through get served since I used the kiosk, so the drive through is the lesser of two evils. Used to be a big taco bell guy but now it's disappointing every time, but since Yum brands exists for the sole purpose of selling Pepsi you shouldn't be stored that their food sucks

  I ordered on the app and it took 30 minutes for me just to get my food through the drive through. The employees also were not nice at all and it seemed like they wanted to do anything other than help the customers especially when they forgot to give me a drink and I was waiting there until someone finally came back to the window and he was really mean when asking if I was missing something. On top of that I got back home and went to eat my food and it looked like there was a gasket or something from a machine in my food. Overall terrible experience will not be going back. And when I tried to call the store no one even answered the phone.

  I honestly don’t know how this location hasn’t shut down yet. Every time I go I think, “maybe this time will be better” nope. Every car in the drive through = 10 min extra wait. You finally get to the intercom, and wait 5 min before anyone even says anything to you. You get to the window. Another 15 min wait. The service is absolutely awful, and if corporate cannot find more people to staff this location it’s gotta be shut down as this point. The West Ave Taco Bell is the definition of “how long will you wait?” 0 stars if I could

  we didn’t even get inside of the store. Bro immediately told us we’re not doing the lobby tonight. there was a total of eight what looked like customers inside as well just sitting there having a Diddy parties. I wouldn’t want to eat at this trash anyway looks so dirty inside there’s not even lights outside to lighten up the place. overall, zero out of 10. God bless.
