  Ok, I'm not a fan of McDonald's other than their marketing and real estate so take my food review with a grain of salt. The food was what you expect at McDonald's, the staff at the drive up was courteous.

  Ryan (pictured below); the general manager is a very angry "man". I was in there last week and he was swearing at employees and just very short tempered. I asked why my food was cold and he was reluctant, but gave me new food then stormed off after waiting for almost 10 minutes. I was coming here like once a week for the longest time... I didnt even know he was the general manager until I asked yesterday when I came in.. super unprofessional I will be going to the onalaska store if I ever go back to mcdonalds in la crosse.

  Breakfast food is cold. Order is in complete such as no sausage with pancakes. No utinsil packs with the drive through. At times partial orders if multiple orders are placed. Orders should be checked prior to being sent out the window.

  My husband and I drove through the drive thru at this McDonald’s and ate in our car because the restaurant was crowded with three bus loads of students and we couldn't be late to an appointment. We ordered the 2 for $7 fish sandwich and each ate one. We love them. But today, the sandwiches were thrown together and discombobulated. And to our demise, there was NO TARTAR SAUCE! That’s what makes the sandwich special. So disappointing! No time to return it , so we ate it.

  Can’t manage to make a burger to the customization of what people want. No quality control what so ever. “We make sure our food is always correct” pathetic because if you did you wouldn’t get bad reviews like this. Every time they are called about it “I can offer you a gift card” is all they can say. That isn’t gonna cut it anymore. Won’t give full refunds to make it right. Hold your staff accountable. It’s not that hard to make sure burgers are right when you literally paid to make this food. Do better and be better. You guys suck. Also, purple shirt mustache manager. Lose that attitude. You’re the manager of a fast food restaurant. Know your place. You’re not the CEO.
