  the service was so slow. there were three people in the drive thru and we ordered ahead and waited for 25 minutes for our food.

  Waited 15 minutes for a DoorDash order, and the workers showed zero urgency. Service was awful, would not recommend, go to the other location

  I've tried time and again to get a food here, a lot over the last month as my daughter and I have been on a Taco Bell kick, but, my orders are consistently wrong, on numerous occasions, the tacos haven't been wrapped properly, and they fall apart in the bag, the shells are almost always broken, and on numerous occasions, items in the tacos gets skipped. From Cheese to meat, I've had numerous missing items in the tacos. When I've called to get the bad and wrong orders corrected, no one answers, or says a manager will call me back, which has not happened ever. I honestly don't like writing a bad review, but, I've called to get store credit or refunds but, no one has bothered to reply to my calls.

  This Taco Bell never asks for replacements. I ordered 2 beef burritos, and they had no beef left. So they gave me chicken without asking or confirming with me. I cannot eat chicken due to an allergy. This Taco Bell sucks all the time. Do not go here!!

  I am VERY DISAPPOINTED. I was waiting in the drive through for 45 minutes, just to get to the window for them to tell me that they had to cancel my order. Are you serious. If you’re going to cancel orders of starving people who sometimes have to wait hours in your line, you should at least walk outside to notify them before they get to the window. This has happened on multiple occasions too. They told me to come back in 30 minutes, which I did just for them to do the same thing and cancel my order AGAIN. 2 HOURS WASTED AND STILL NO TACO BELL. I have worked in the food industry so I know what it’s like to be overwhelmed with orders but canceling on people who have waited so long is just unacceptable. It’s something i would never personally do if it’s extremely busy. Disgusting service. This specific Taco Bell either needs to hire more people, or replace the people they have with better workers. STOP CANCELING ORDERS OF PEOPLE WHO WAITED 30+ MINUTES
