- WCW CNov 18, 20255.0I'm very surprised and disappointed that your chat bot questions skew so negatively on the website and it's the only way to contact you. I'm reaching out to pay a compliment and that was the only option I could find. Maybe you should include language about having a good experience and good food? It only offers problematic issues. On Friday, Nov. 14, I stopped in to the Mormon Coulee Road store around noon to grab some lunch. There were 3 people ahead of me in line and another customer at the drive through. A young man and young woman seemed to be running things that day. To my surprise and delight they were doing a really great job. Especially the young man and I mentioned it to him after receiving my order. He was taking everyone's orders and starting to prepare them, while also taking orders from the drive thru window and doing it all in the nicest manner. The main reason I wanted to write is that this kind of service is no longer the norm and it was a really refreshing surprise! In other places we are lucky to even be greeted by young employees. If we are they usually don't understand how to communicate with others and it makes for a negative experience. Customers don't want to come back to that. He was very good at multitasking and as friendly as anyone could ask for. Plus I think he may have been training the girl he was working with. 😇 Praise him for doing great work and do what you need to keep him as long as you can. Also, tell him I said "thanks again"❗👍🏻
