  Went in Tuesday March 4th in the evening, we (my boyfriend, sister, and I) had placed too good to go orders. Went in 15 minutes before close, as instructed by the TGTG app. We were greeted with a massive amount of attitude by the manager on shift. Let her know that we had TGTG orders and showed her the confirmation screen. She looked at both confirmations and grabbed two boxes (we had ordered three boxes) she acted like it was a HUGE inconvenience when I told her we had ordered a third. She then started just chucking random pizza slices into each box, I asked for a few pieces of chicken as that was really the only thing my boyfriend wanted and she told me that TGTG orders were exclusively pizza bar and that the full pan of fresh chicken that was brought out 15 minutes before close was off limits, which either is untrue or the app needs to be updated. Overall not a great experience and a huge contrast to the last few times we’ve placed too good to go orders and have either been handed boxes to fill ourselves or asked if there were any specific items that we would or wouldn’t like.

  Was treated like scum of the earth for coming in with a too good to go order. Lady that served us seemed to be a manager and acted with absolutely no customer service at all, rude from the very beginning, and despite the app saying the hot bar was included (albeit not guaranteed) we asked for a specific item as we could literally see them throwing it into a trash can behind her, we were told that it was off limits for TGTG boxes, despite that never being a problem the other two times I've been in.

  Very unpleasant with the soccer team tonight. The girls were gossiping in the back of the restaurant around the other people eating. Complaining about how many plates of food people were getting, needing to wipe tables, the lack of tips (which isn't surprising given the fact they were literally hovering around certain tables waiting for them to leave). Just not a very nice experience overall.

  There is always pizza on the buffet. If you request a pizza they'll make it for you. The only problem is during meal hours it's a little crowded

  Love it here. Absolutely love the chicken.. so much that I call it chicken ranch! Love the variety, wish there were more options on the salad bar.. but still love it as is. We we go a couple times a month!
