I Went through the drive-through to pick up a meal for my daughter who was just getting off from practice And ordered the double meal for Her. They get the order wrong. Ask me to pull up to the next window to wait. I realize after 6 cars or so pass by that I had sat there for 10 minutes and nobody has come to bring me my sandwich. I had to go park, walk in and asked for a manager, told her what happened and she tells me oh I’m sorry that wasn’t communicated - when it was a manager who told me to pull up. Nevertheless, I asked for my money back because I was upset, returned the food and was late to pick up my daughter and still had no food for her. This is unacceptable and terrible service- she did nothing to reconcile the situation.

Told me they promoed my already paid for meal- (NOPE) they definitely didn’t. Lied, and honestly if I’m going to pay 8.49 for breakfast I’d rather go somewhere I’m treated with respect especially when it was their fault! Stay clear unless you want to be disrespected for their mistakes!
