  Bread was burnt and hard and borderline inedible, sandwiches were messy and also the orders were wrong, and when we went to pick it up they tried to only give us one sandwich when we ordered 2 - they just missed the second one - workers were also kind of rude :// hopefully this was just an off day but we will probably not be returning to this location after this experience

  Just got food person who took my order didnt tell me they did not have banana peppers yet only hot peppers added them without telling me the manager Mathew was amazing to help me after I have to call back

  I watched a person wipe his nose with gloves on (repeatedly) and then go back to cutting meat without washing his hands.

  We’ve tried ordering from this location a few times unfortunately because we have limited options around our neighborhood. They have NEVER gotten our order correct and they are always super rude about their mistakes. After this last time the service was so unbelievably terrible I think we finally learned our lesson and won’t give them anymore business. Absolutely terrible.

  Consistently disappointing. I live close and often will order JJ on a day off, but it has become and ongoing game to see how badly they mess up the order every time. Want your sandwich cut in half? Want the bread removed? Too bad, Jimmy John's does not care: despite it being a part of the online ordering process, this location ignores it every time. Every. Time. "Subs so fast you'll freak" certainly does not apply to this location. Currently at 45 min wait for our two sandwiches (5 min away) and I'm just hoping they show up with my chips this time. I never expect them to cut it in half anymore, I just ask for it to see if they still fail simple requests. Atmosphere is rough. The music was absurdly loud inside, and the staff was very distant. I had to wave to get their attention to ask for napkins (none set up, none offered) and had to literally SHOUT for it when they finally came over. Honestly, just go somewhere else and let this place die.
