  Great coffee. Friendly staff. But there is absolutely no reason I should wait in line/after the window paying for 30 mins to get a coffee. This is becoming ridiculous.

  I went in and got a warm welcome from a awesome dude named Thomas who greeted me promptly and genuinely seemed to care about my day and wanted to really help me with a fantastic drink and breakfast sandwhich probably the best I’ve had! 10/10 will recommend to everyone

  While it was crazy busy the staff was really great and funny. Thomas especially made our stop there this morning so great. He was kind. He greeted everyone and treated everyone so nicely. He helped me with one of the valentines tins and filled it with all strawberry donuts for my son. My son loved it so much. Thomas is a really great person and I appreciate people with a kind heart like his. Thank you!

  got here around 10am and it was slightly busy. the girl taking our order messed it up 3 times and as we were about to leave she called me over and said my transaction never went through due to her own negligence. on top of that my friend who walked in behind me had to wait 20 minutes after me to order just for her order to be messed up.

  I truly think this Dunkin’ needs ALL new employees. I will drive out of my way & go to the north side Dunkin’ rather than go to this one. I order the exact same coffee & have been for years…the only time it taste gross is when I order it at this Dunkin’ location. Not sure why & if you tell them you don’t think it’s made right or it taste off they insist they made it right & have attitudes. Not only that but almost every single employee there seems to hate working there, have attitudes & are slow. They always are like a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off, scurrying around not able to get orders out at a reasonable time. The older lady who works here & has a piercing on her eyebrow (don’t know her name) is HORRID. She should be fired, she is beyond rude. I know instantly when I get her through the drive thru. She cuts you off in the middle of you ordering. She looks miserable & depressed when you get up to the drive thru window, doesn’t greet you, barely says two words to you. I feel like I inconvenience her anytime I get her. I wish this Dunkin’ would change their ways, they have had horrible service & employees for the past few years now.
