    If I could negative reviews on service I would. Tonight I went with my daughter and niece and we had the misfortune of going through the drive through and speaking with the rudest cashier I've never dealt with. She rolled her eyes, insisted that move up even though my order wasn't complete and there was literally only one car behind me. I asked her to help me with the app and she said she isn't paid enough and then I told her I hope she doesn't talk that way to all the customers and then she said I hope you don't hold the line all the time lol I laughed and what line,there is only one person behind me and I told her that talking to manager about her behavior and she walks away. So I leave but I call and ask to speak with the manager when I get home. The giel answers the phone when I call and she recognizes my voice and she supposedly gives me to the manager. The Manager didn't seem to care and agreed she shouldn't have done any of that but all she said was they would talk to her and they hope I come back and told them no, I'm absolutely not. I'm wondering if she was even the manager and maybe she was her work bestie. Either way totally unprofessional and I almost want to call again and get there hr's number because it's no wonder she have such lousy cashier's. They don't have to be any better because no matter what they will still have a job. Save your money and energy and go to Culver's or anywhere instead.

    Went here on my lunch.Break only one car in the drive, threw ahead of me and it's a single person.I order one burger and a small blizzard.They ask me to pull ahead and wait for my food.Where I waited well over ten minutes?And I left before they brought my food. Don't go to this dairy queen.It's always slow.This was just the worst instance that I decided was worth talking about

    Ordered food, was a very long wait. was handed wrong order. Then was asked to pull up by the door which didn't make any sense, because the people behind me couldn't get out of the drive-thru..... They should of had me pull around the building to the other door so people could get through.... Finally got my food & blizzard, was told spoon was in the box. Blizzard had a lid on it, because it was so melted. They must of set it on a stove.... I always thought they were supposed to be able to flip the cup, to make sure it doesn't come pouring out but apparently they just put lids on it, and call it a day. Got all the way home, to find out no spoon in the box... Good thing i went home, and wasn't out on vacation or anything, i would of had no way to eat it. Oh wait maybe that was why they melted it, so i can drink it. They probably ran out of spoons.
