Then was asked to pull up by the door which didn't make any sense, because the people behind me couldn't get out of the drive-thru..... They should of had me pull around the building to the other door so people could get through.... Finally got my food & blizzard, was told spoon was in the box. Blizzard had a lid on it, because it was so melted. They must of set it on a stove.... I always thought they were supposed to be able to flip the cup, to make sure it doesn't come pouring out but apparently they just put lids on it, and call it a day. Got all the way home, to find out no spoon in the box... Good thing i went home, and wasn't out on vacation or anything, i would of had no way to eat it. Oh wait maybe that was why they melted it, so i can drink it. They probably ran out of spoons.
