Once I ordered a pumpkin chai and it definitely wasn’t, tasted just like their ho ho ho mint mocha and then most recently I watched the barista struggling to put the very last bit of chai pumped into my drink. Not good service that container should have been deemed empty. My chai drink with espresso tasted like a latte. Disappointed
