My order was not complete and when I heard the kitchen staff asking about the order I heard an employee say "I was told to not worry about the 16 piece" within earshot of me. Its not a good feeling hearing that your order was ignored by the kitchen because they didn't see it as worth their time. I have been having issues with this location for a few months and after today I am done.
