  I would definitely recommend another subway. There is one at chilton walmart that is 100% better than this one. While the food was good there was a long line and the one kid working was extremely slow (not to sound rude). The veggies were old as the lettuce was brown and the bread was either cooked too long or left out for too long because it was hard and crunchy. The bathroom was out of toilet paper. the toilet was broken aswell and wouldn’t flush and it was kind of messy. No hate to the people actually doing their job.

  I am an ambulance driver and I came in on my lunch break as I was going through town. The young girl behind the counter was dealing with a disgruntled customer and a lobby full of customers . She handled herself so professionally. The customer was rude and disrespectful for no reason. So koodoos to the girl working alone on Sun March 8 2026 around 5pm in Kiel for standing your ground and being super professional. You rock!! Also my sub was absolutely delicious 😋

  While I truly appreciate having Subway as a quick meal option in a little town like Kiel, I will not be going back. Pre lunch rush at approximately 11am and the facility was filthy. I’m not talking about dirty floors from winter weather but food bits and grime in the meal prep area. Bathrooms were gross. Staff service was good but they really need to shut down for a deep clean and (re)train staff.

  Ordered double ham and she just threw it on the bun, asked for toasted maybe 4 seconds in the toaster oven,who ever is owner or manager should rethink who they have working for them. Very disappointed in the Kiel Subway
