Need to pay their employees more to get older more accountable staff. The kids that work the closing shift have the Kiel Subway as a personal hangout, sitting on counters and sweeping without washing hands to handle the food. Called the health department. Really need to skip eating here if you care about food being tampered with and just a bad atmosphere with all the loitering of the employees friends 2 hours before close. Gross. Save yourself the hassle and drive to Chilton or Plymouth and visit their subway instead.

This has to be the worst store I've visited. It was dirty and they didn't even have mayo. The workers deserted the counter for about 5 miniutes and were outside, while a customer waited. Never again will I visit

This subway IS ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTFUL! As soon as we got there she gave us a disgusting look. me and my family went today to get a subway at like 2:21pm. We thought it was going to be a normal order. Untill we got this ABSOLUTELY RUDE employee! Her name is Crystal if I don’t get mistaken. We got there and I clearly told her in a nice way “we want 3 subs 2 in half and one 6 inches long” she continued to ask me what I wanted in a really loud and disrespectful way I. Then she made a whole mess on making the subways. So I told her if we could have 1 sub in half. She looked at me like she wanted to kill me, her face turn supper red and her voice became more aggressive and loud. And mind you my family is Hispanic, and idk if she is racist or something. but as soon as a white woman entered the store she immediately changed her mood to happy and welcomed she even slimed at her and apologized because she had to do our subways!. After that the other employee was a little more nicer and she finished our subs. I know we all can have our bad days and we just want to get home. But that’s no excuse to act this way towards people ESPECIALLY IF WE ARE THE COSTUMERS. This is your job, no one forced you to be there! So if you don’t want to be treated like that. I would suggest you to go to another subway.

This store needs to hire better employees there is one employee that is rude and acts like she owns the place. Not all the employees are bad just this one in particular "Andi". She refuses to give the customer what we ask for even if we pay extra for it. She does not know what customer sevice is I use to enjoy coming in on a weekend the employees were better, but the good ones must no longer be there because I haven't seen my favorites in awile.

Ordered on the app and went to pick it up no problems until I got to work and noticed there were 3 pickles on a footlong sub and NONE of the extra jalapeños that I asked for. I know subway is stingy on their jalapeños so I did ask for extra on the side. They gave me a container with 2 slices of jalapeños in it and absolutely none on the sub. The shredded cheese that was supposed to be on the sub was a mear 20 sprinkles on each half.
I did try calling 3 times but the phone just rings no one ever answered so I left work and walked back over there just to ask for some jalapeños. I got there and the young lady working gave me attitude the entire time saying she "put the jalapeños on the side like I asked" so I asked how many jalapeños are In an extra order which she told me was 8. So I asked for 6 more slices in a cup. She put 1 slice in the cup and put the lid on. Gave me attitude and rolled her eyes again when I said "I'll be needing at least 5 more now" the older lady working finally stepped in and told her to fill the cup up so she added 3 more to it and tossed it on top the counter. I thanked her and she turned and walked away. I wasn't asking for more than I paid for. I was just asking them to do their job. I will not be going there again.
