  They take forever to take yo order and the food be cold they tell you pull up just to let other cars get they food first when you only order a 6 dollar biggie bag I would not recommend goin there late nights

  Picked up my mobile order only to get home and find out a burger was missing. Called the store 3 times allowing it to ring and never get answered. Went back for the missing item only to repeat my issue with 3 different staff members. They then gave me the original burger that was sitting on the counter for 30 minutes, that had my special request and name on it. I asked for a fresh one which was ignored. Manager seemed to be a little on the high side and really confused. The manager offered me a frosty, I stated I wanted a fresh burger, again ignored. And don't even get me started on the not answering the phone part. 😒 it will be a long time before I go back to this Wendy's restaurant.

  I was disappointed that there were so many loiterers. It was actually creepy. I felt unsafe because there was a group of stragglers coming in and out. The crew that works here was fast and friendly but I've worked in the food industry and feel that hair past shoulder length should be kept back in a pony tail or hair net. The cute friendly young lady who was very attentive had beautiful hair but it was in a low ..side, loose ponytail down her shoulder. This Wendy's has great workers but I've noticed that the managers could be a little nicer to their cashier's. I almost fell like they get "scolded" instead of asked to do things in as polite manner. The restroom could have been cleaner but I just feel like this is a place for loitering. Kind of weird. It used to be so much nicer in this place than it is now. I'm sorry Wendy's but I was just disappointedv and uncomfortable therefore I didn't stay past my french fries. Wrapped up my burger and there it in my in purse and I was out of there. Do better management. And guide your team to restaurant hygiene protocol. I'm torn because this particular Wendy's has the nicest order takers in Wisconsin. They are truly an asset so I come back but I think I'll stick to the drive thru from now on. Sorry.

  Food orders take longer then they should. People at the counter are not friendly they talk amongst themselves and ignore you as you are waiting to order. If you choose to eat there the teenagers in there are noisy and offensive. Not a place to eat with your young kids.

  I went to go get breakfast last week, and one of the the staff members suddenly pointed with their hand at me "no way, we're not letting you in", which was rude. Then today I go in to get a breakfast deal, only this time being able to enter the building. I looked at the menu, asked if breakfast is still open while it was 10:46am, they changed to lunch too soon when they should've kept breakfast first. This place has a bit of inconsistent opening times while it should've opened doors AT 6:30 the same as drive thru. Hours are mismanaged on accord of the staff as far as I can see it and it needs to be taken to account that it bothers me and others wanting to come in. Opening times should not be this way and this feels frustrating.
