  This Wendy’s is sometimes a hit or miss, this time a miss the man at the window told me to pull up and wait for my food. So I pulled up to the garbage can, then he tried to direct me to pull back to the window when there was a line of cars. Me and my friend waited and slowly pulled back the window. He said “I never pull up anyone” then proceeded to argue and be rude. Yes it’s just Wendy’s but you can just choose to be kind or ask another worker to hand out the food, I saw a worker cleaning off tables. It would have been two seconds to run out our food.

  The fries were literally frozen. We went through the drive thru and had to turn back around. Then the employees looked at us like we were crazy.

  Middle scores across the board cause 9 times out of 10 food and service sucks. Yesterday (03/21) the young lady at the window was awesome, clear voice, quick response and professional. Food was also hot fresh and delicious. Very rare either of those things happen, let alone at the same time. Today, back to original horrible service. Luke warm fries with some soggy in there for extra yuck factor. Sandwiches were a sloppy of a mess thrown together. Not to mention the gentlemen taking the order was rude, short clipped answers said at a whisper and when I said im sorry I didnt hear you, since I asked if they still had something I didnt see on the board, reminding me of a teenagers yes with all the attitude you can muster for one word. Pull up, pretty sure he is a manager by his uniform. Sad that managers cant be as professional as the people they are in charge of training.

  Went inside to eat. Food took about 30 minutes and all I ordered was a burger and some nuggets. The burger was ok. I can’t complain, however the nuggets were cold and tasted freezer burnt. The nice lady working offered to remake them which I appreciate but still, it was a bad experience for me. Restaurant was also unclean. Very unclean. Garbage everywhere. And stains on tables. It felt very unwelcoming inside
