  I thought there was only 1 person working. Sat in line to get my order, than sat in front of the window looking at my bag sitting on the counter. And...I never got my change back!

  Food was okay. Not very hot. Did not feel like i got the value for the cost.

  I came in for a quick lunch like most. They were out of forks in the lobby so I went up to the counter to ask for one and waited at least 5 minutes before walking away due to lack of acknowledgement. While I was waiting at the counter I watch an employee drop a untensil on the ground, pick it up, and put it in a food bag for a customer. Ew. Also did not see a change of gloves although i cannot prove that she didnt. We had ordered Cinnabon delights which didnt make it to our meal but when asked for did get resolved quickly. We also ordered cinnamon twists which were not fully cooked and very crunchy. On top of that my cheesy roll up was barely cooked and still had cold shredded cheese in it.Overall I belive they need more staff and better food handling safety and enforcement. Very frustrated about my experience here. Probably won't be back for awhile.

  Edit: Today the place was filthy. I don't think I've ever been to a restaurant where my feet stuck to the floor and here was grime and food bits in the corners. There were probably 8 cars in the drive-thru. If you're inside? Your food won't be made until the drive thru is done. Literally 10 minute wait for a couple of tacos and they just put the order on the counter - no call out. The food was good and the staff is way overworked. Original: The place was busy - an employee going home for the day stopped on her way out to take my order. Someone who came in after me almost left because it took so long for someone to even look at him. The drive thru was slammed and obviously had priority. Food was really good and the cheese dip was actually steaming. The area around the doors needs a good power washing - really grimy.

  I love this place but the most recent time I went I was very disappointed in my order.. the lady didn't greet us (which to me isn't a big deal but I would have liked it if she confirmed what our order was..) We got our food and drove off.. I checked the bag and thought I got what I ordered.. well I didn't f.y.i. The food we got wasn't ours. It wasn't so bad.. Something I COULD eat it's just the fact that there was hair in our food.. and I mean a LOT of hair. (There was like.. four strands of hair in them. Long pieces too) So my appetite was ruined and I couldn't eat any of the food.. it was food that was cheaper than what I got so I wasted twenty bucks. But don't let this ruin taco bell for you! They still are a pretty wonderful place. Most of the time I get the crunch wrap supreme and it's super yummy. Taco bell is on the pricier side and you should go there. This just so happened to be a bad day I suppose.
