  Terrible service. Waited over an hour for food and was not told in advance that they were very behind. They have a board on the wall that shows the order status but was told it's different than what the staff uses to prioritize orders so what is the point?? Tons of angry customers, and no one came out to ease their situation or explain what was going on.

  Ordered a chicken avocado blt No avocado and very little chicken that was chopped into tiny pieces, which made it difficult to eat as it was falling out of sandwich. My guess is they were trying to get away with less ingredients. My suggestion is to pass on this location

  Waited 45 minutes for a bowl of soup/half sandwich and my order was never even prepped before I asked for a refund. Management came out from the back after 15 minutes and had the whole line of people (12 roughly) looking to cancel their order due to poor service/no care in the world about customers write their names on a piece of paper and then said we should receive an email in regard to the refund which I still have not got 4 hours later. I advise to stay far away from this location.

  The food quality, the service and the overall atmosphere of this establishment has decreased tremendously in the last year we have been coming here. It appears it is time to find a new place to go to after the gym. I quite often ordered the half salad.The half sandwich and it has gotten worse and worse in size and quality. I asked the person behind the counter.Preparing food with his full face beard uncovered.If that was the size, it's supposed to be, he said, yes, that's right.And that's all he had to say, that is not good customer service. I can assure you that people finding beard hair in their food Don't have to wonder where it comes from. Mister fluffy is leaving you a gift when he prepares your food. If the owners don't care to change their quality and ungroomed personnel, then we can just find somewhere else to eat.

  Decided to give this location another chance after having not been here in over 5 years. Big mistake. Not sure if they were under staffed or swarmed with a large order but doing a mobile pickup in the drive thru was a disaster. Waited over 20 minutes in line with only 2 cars ahead of us. Took several minutes to be acknowledged once we finally got to the speaker. Finally got our order and was missing a bakery item and when I brought it up they just said “oh we’re out of that” they offered another item but had we not checked first it would have been SOL On top of all that, I have been sick all afternoon since eating it. I had hoped this location had gotten it together over the years but clearly not. We won’t be back
