  Pulled up to the drive thru BEFORE close after a long day, wasn't spoken to at the drive thru terminal. Waited a few minutes before pulling to the next window, was looked at by the employee then she (a tall, younger woman with a septum nose ring) turned and walked away. I had placed a mobile order and was unable to even say my code, wasn't acknowledged except to be ignored. This was tonight, Wednesday April 1st. Some April Fool's joke. This location sucks at night. Countless times I'll have drinks half filled, usually by this same employee. Ridiculous. I work in service and I understand not wanting to make the food within a certain time, but then shorten hours so these employees can go home... but to be blatantly ignored, then having to wait seven days for the app to give a full refund AND having to go to a different location? Rude as hell.

  Always takes forever to make food and I walked in and one of the workers slammed a bag of food on the counter in some sort of rage fit? Probably won’t be back.

  Typically, this establishment ranks as the second most favorable McDonald's location in Kenosha. However, my most recent visit was exceptionally unsatisfactory. I placed and paid for my order at 7:00 PM, but did not receive my food until 7:15 PM. The food, including the fries and Quarter Pounder, was freshly prepared, which I presume contributed to the delay. Nevertheless, no staff member communicated this to me, such as "Please bear with us, as we are preparing your order fresh." Instead, after receiving my beverage, I observed three employees engaging in conversation and idly standing by throughout my wait. Furthermore, I requested Sweet and Sour sauce, which was not provided. Despite this disappointing experience, I continue to recommend this location, as it generally maintains its position as the second-best McDonald's in Kenosha. It is understandable that occasional service inconsistencies may occur, and perfection cannot always be guaranteed.

  Save yourself the time and money, just go to a different mcdonalds.

  Don't take this the wrong way. The burgers work greasy. What my opinion that makes it tastier. They weren't dried out. They went down tasting good.
