Made the ice cream wrong and when we wanted to say something they would not answer us and kept running around like they where busy. So after waiting 15 min from walking in the order was completely wrong get home and the burgers had nothing on them just plain bread and meat. I even wanted to place another order for the old lady but they would not even help. They where just yelling about how they keep getting order for tenders. Needless to say this place needs new staff. I think they just open a book and said let's just hire the help at this point.

So the manager she had glasses on, I ask who she was she said I'm the Manager, Kathy to give her the Frosty and she started to eat it in front of us, and to redo ours and charge us more, I said never mind on more Carmel, So you understand kathy the cashier was nice, it was the Manager who was rude and unprofessional, poor management skills and frankly terrible customer service. I won't return. Kathy you should be the Manager, your a better people person!!!!!!
