While we were having our order taken, he continuously was putting his hands in his shirt by his pants line. I decided to call on Monday figuring that there was no manager working on Sunday. When I called Monday to speak with a manager, and I explained the situation to the manager, she stated that she did not have any guys working Saturday night. I said I could get the receipt and show you the time and maybe that would be a better timeframe for her she said that was not necessary. She asked me what I think she should do about it. I said well she should definitely talk with the employee about that because that’s unsanitary working in a food industry for one. She stated she was confused and was wondering why waited till Monday to give a call. when I stated that I thought no manager would be working on a Sunday, she said well I definitely work Sundays in a defensive tone. I felt like the customer service was horrible on Saturday and I feel like the manager did not handle that situation correctly at all.
