  This review only applies to the overbearing manager, not the young women who actually made the subs. The manager did the finishing ups, I asked for Italian seasoning, and was met with a snarky remark of “what’s that” looking at me like I’m speaking a different language. I’ve been to subways with Italian seasoning, this one doesn’t, and that’s fine, then proceeds to lecture me about how they had it like 10 years ago. Thanks but I didn’t ask for a history lesson. I then asked for a pack of cookies, last I remember cookies came in singles or packs of 2 or 3, she gave me an attitude saying “how many??? We don’t do packs” and if I could convey how condescending she sounded on this review I would. Will not return, fire this women, the amount of reviews about her specifically is insane.

  Whoever was working on 1/2/26 at around 5:30-6PM IS THE MOST IGNORANT person. This is now the second or third time I’ve gone to this subway and each time I unfortunately have the WORST time because of the lack of good customer service, lack of human decency, she was so SNIPPY, so RUDE, and again SO IGNORANT. If you hate your job that much at your age maybe you should go find a big girl job☺️ subway corporate if you want to keep losing customers, keep that “lovely” employee of yours.

  Manager was extremely rude to my wife, our friend and I, as well as an employee. I asked for half roast beef and half ham which the employee did for me. Then the manager came out of the back to ring us up and yelled at the employee that she can’t do that then said to put double meat on the sandwich so they can charge for that. I exclaimed I didn’t want double meat and simply wanted half and half. The manager stated “we don’t do that here” in a snarky tone.After some back and forth she ended up ringing up the sub normally. My friend had asked for a pack of cookies and got a snarky reply of “what’s a pack of cookies”. He also asked for Italian seasoning which the manager replied “we haven’t had that for over 10 years” however we’ve been to other subways nearby that have them that had it within the past month. Overall a bad experience and I will be avoiding this Subway from now on and would recommend you do the same.

  Wonderful customer service! Always very kind and friendly when I come in. The chocolate chip cookies 🍪 are gas!!!

  Very bad, if you ever recommend a good place this one is not it.I couldn’t believe how bad their service was,including their rude and disrespectful attitude.Before I even started eating they told me to clean up and put everything back in a very rude disrespectful way.And after eating I had to put the high chair back with no exceptions plus the high chair wasn’t even safe for babies,because my baby was about to fall off of it plus no seatbelt too. So if you ever come here trust me you’re getting bad service.
