During my interaction with her, it became clear that she needs to work on her customer service skills. It seems that she would rather lose a customer and receive multiple complaints than simply accommodate a request for an extra scoop of guacamole to ensure a guest leaves happy. I want to point out that during my first visit yesterday, I wasn’t charged for extra guacamole, and the sign clearly states that you can add guacamole and cheese for free. It does not indicate that an extra scoop incurs an additional charge. This was my second visit to your company, and unfortunately, it will be my last. My first visit was phenomenal, and everything was great, which is why I returned. However, after the interaction I had with Daniela, where she stated she couldn’t assist me, I felt compelled to express my dissatisfaction. I believe that customer satisfaction should be a priority, and I hope my feedback can lead to improvements in service. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
