I went over to the line to ask how much longer the order might be and she said that I was just a doordasher and could stand to the side and wait my turn. I told her she could at least treat me like a human being and acknowledge me standing there for 10 minutes. She was able to address her phone but not me. I was then told if I did not like it I could leave without my order and not come back. This is the worst and most disrespectful experience I have ever experienced in my life. If I could give a service level of 0 stars I would.

The steak and the chips almost seemed like they were from the night before.. Most of the chips in the bag were all clumped together and almost seemed under cooked and over salted. I also had jalapeños in my nacho .. I never asked for jalapeños so not sure how those ended up in there. I rarely go to this qdoba because it seems like every time I go it’s a waste of money. Food quality is always poor. I keep hoping their quality gets better but I’m always wrong.
