The employee with the long hair was so full of attitude, impatient, made me feel inconvenienced by just standing in front of her. She gave small portions looked like she didn’t want to be there at all. I’m normally nice and try to give the benefit of the doubt to service workers but this was beyond acceptable. Most the toppings were below halfway and no one was on the grill. I would think they would be better prepared seeing they have a big promotion that night.

My son reported multiple time what toppings he wanted and she blocked him out. She then got a nasty attitude with me because she just randomly added corn in my bowl. When I told her I didn't ask for that, she started getting snappy with me, so I started getting smart with her and another employee. They were having issues with the BOGO offer for Halloween. That was a "they issue not a me issue", so her nasty attitude triggered a nasty attitude from me. Simply unprofessional coming from an assistant manager. Do better!

Food was NOT fresh, hard rice, wilted lettuce, stale chips served by an EQUALLY stale, wilted hard faced server with LOTS of ATTITUDE as she SLAPPED the food into the bowls and gave NASTY attitude when asked for more . You would think they would be prepared since this is a Buy-one- get-one, once-a-year event. THEY SHOULD ALL BE FIRED. LOTS OF OTHER CHOICES...THIS LOCATION HAS BEEN GOING DOWN HILL THIS PAST YEAR.
