By 7:48 PM, I still had no food, so I called the store. They assured me it would be pulling up any minute. By 8:00 PM, still nothing. When I called again, they admitted my order had been “mixed up.” Instead of owning up to their mistake, they told me the driver was finally on the way. I told them I didn’t want pizza that had been sitting around for nearly two hours, because of course it would be cold. The employee’s response? “Chill out, it’s in the heater.” That is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Not only did I not get my food anywhere near the promised time, but to be spoken to like that by staff is unbelievable. If this is how Pizza Hut treats paying customers, then they clearly don’t care about customer service or quality. I will never order from this location again and would strongly warn anyone else to think twice before wasting their time and money here.

I called the store to find that they weren’t interested in helping to make things right. They said there wasn’t anything they could do, and I had to go thru GrubHub. The person who answered the phone was not helpful and by the end of the call he just hung up on me. I’ll never order anything from them again and I will never recommend them to anyone.
