  Whatever you do do not doordash from here this place is not equipped to do in-house dining and deliveries. This place needs a complete overhaul starting with Management on down.

  Everytime I come here, they are out of bread or not taking drive thru orders despite the drive thru being open. It’s almost a guarantee that your order will be messed up as well if you happen to come on a day they have what’s on their menu. Don’t waste your time coming here, they desperately need a re-vamp!

  Just spent $25 on Uber Eats to get delivered to my job. No utensils were put in bag so now I can’t eat my bowl of soup. Thx.

  Until this day, panera app has not been a updated. I was inside the restaurant and I approached to place my order. I want it to order a sandwich and the $1 soup deal. She told me that I had order this deal only on the app. I put it to dine in. I did that but when I was going to pay, on the app it said that it was going to take 40 minutes to get the my order. I asked the cashier if I could get my order sooner since the restaurant was almost empty. She asked her manager, he said no. I had to wait those 40 minutes. Outrageous!! I decided to walk out and cancel my order. I understand that there is costumers who placed their orders for carry out. But I want it to dine in. They need to improve on their system or all those deals, let the cashier have authority to it. Is panera here to make more money or lose costumers.

  I had such a fantastic experience at this location that I just had to share! The new management has completely transformed the atmosphere — the whole place feels cleaner, more upbeat, and genuinely welcoming. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I was met with smiling, friendly faces that made the visit feel warm and personal. My meal came out timely, even during the lunch rush, and was made correctly despite all of my custom requests. I ended up staying for a few hours, and during that time I happened to overhear a managers’ meeting. The energy in the room was so positive, focused, and contagious in the best way. It’s clear that the leadership team is passionate and working hard, and that energy absolutely trickles down to the rest of the staff and the overall experience. The Kenosha Panera has stepped up its game. If you haven’t been in a while, it’s definitely worth another visit — the vibe alone will make your day brighter!
