  Terrible! They keep stealing my food my rights! Imagine waking up and being so excited for their new shakes only for them to fill them up half way! I’m not even big! Charging full price for meals and then handing out portions like food is coming out of their personal paycheck is insane. Fries half-filled, burgers sloppy and sad, and somehow the price keeps going up while the food keeps shrinking. If I’m paying premium prices, I expect more than a few fries rattling around the bottom of the bag. This isn’t “fast food,” it’s fast disappointment. Do better or at least be honest about the portions you’re serving.

  Last Sunday I ordered 3 big breakfasts for my kids. When getting home we only had 2. I called & explained this & was told I could come back in later that day to get a refund & the manager I spoke to took down my name. I went later that night, explained the situation & was told my name wasn’t written down. I showed the manager my call log, showing I was on the phone with them earlier. He showed me the book & said “sorry. They don’t write you name down. I can’t do anything”. Whatever I took it as a loss, it was only $7. Today I go & order 3 shamrock shakes for the kids. $4 a piece & they’re filled halfway. Does the cost of products come out of yall paychecks or what? This is the only McDonald’s I’ve been to that’s this stingy & refuses to correct their mistakes. Also the highest priced one in Kenosha so you’d think they wouldn’t be….

  On a scale from good mcdonalds to bad mcdonalds, this is a ⭐️⭐️⭐️. No complaints about the food, it's typical. There is no soda fountain, they disabled it. No ketchup and napkins available either. The inside itself is crammed and old, but cleanliless is not an issue. The service is bad, I awkwardly stood at the counter and got ignored for several minutes, which is especially bad since you have to ask the employee for anything ranging from napkins, salt, ketchup, refills, etc.

  The morning crew is horrible make you repeat your order back gives you attitude will ruin your morning has happened too me quite a few times theres bin ok times but if it wasnt close to my job i wouldnt go p.s. dont come here if your diabetic like i am I told them specifically no sugar splenda on my large coffee i order wt sugar free vanilla and splenda and they loaded my coffee wt sugar my sugar levels i can tell cause of my blurred vision , my headaches ,and blurred thoughts , I couldnt proccess anything for the rest of my time at work its a very dangerous place to go as A diabetic no joke im not kidding i work forklift driving and thats dangerous i would love to speak wt a ceo or a state manager please to change this cause you guys are trying to kill people

  When can I stop reviewing McDonald's, Google? What else can you say about a McDonald's? Been having breakfast a lot there lately over lunch and it's been very good for what it is and for the time it is offered.
