Delivery drivers beware! Morning crew especially difficult to work with, even on "slow" days. I was urged to "just abandon my delivery" because the service was so slow. The manager on duty had the audacity to report me for misconduct after rotating that another delivery driver had been waiting for 30+ minutes. Unprofessional and rude.

Service sucks per usual in Kenosha but it’s their job to ensure their employees do their jobs correctly.
I ask them in the drive thru to repeat the order back to me and he wouldn’t and of course they forgot something and I asked them if they can add the drink and I’d pay for it because they didn’t do what they were suppose to and she said no. I refused to go back into the line cause how ridiculous, it’s not my fault he didn’t do his job. They ended up processing the order for the drink but had us wait awhile in the pull up line.
Maybe your service and time would be more efficient if you didn’t have to correct mistakes made by simply adding and extra step and repeating the order back when the costumer asks you to, or just in general. This isn’t the first time they messed up either. We ordered a pick up order, took an hour and a half plus my husband waited another 30 mins there waiting for it then they forgot half our meal.

I visited the McDonald’s at 3926 52nd St. in Kenosha, and overall the place was solid—clean dining area, fast food came out fresh, and the location runs like a well-oiled machine most of the time.
The only hiccup was with our drinks. A couple of them were missing, and at first the staff insisted they weren’t part of our order. After double-checking the receipt, they saw the mistake and corrected it. It got resolved, but it did create an unnecessary delay.
Still, the food was good and the place is managed well. A bit more attention to detail at the counter would take this location from good to great.

The night manager DOUGLAS is a rude, old man! He has no respect, is constantly rude, and has no decency! I've reported him already, I'm a Dasher and I waited over TWENTY MINUTES in line of the drive through and parked around front because to him, "pull around" MEANS GOING THROUGH AGAIN! He yelled at me, threatened me, and withheld the order from me! It's crazy how rude he is to me as a customer, but as a Dasher after months of seeing him?? It's ridiculous!
